Poached Pear and Roquefort Cheese Croissants


  • 2 coissants
  • 15g butter, melted
  • Salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 poached pears, halved and sliced
  • 150g Roquefort cheese


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F., 180°C., Gas mark 4.

    Slice croissants in half horizontally and brush with the melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.

    Arrange slices of pear and cheese on top and place croissants in oven to warm for 7 minutes.
